Because Neon Nature products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for changes of mind.
Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery at neonnaturestore@proton.me and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If the issue qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
